ASHLEE, LILY & LILA

I cannot thank Katie at Celestial Pet Care enough for the incredible help and support she gave me with my dog, Lily aka Little Stitch. Given the difficult situation we were in, I honestly don’t think I would have managed without her. Katie took Stitch in, cared for her as if she were her own, and gave me the guidance I needed to keep Lily safe, healthy, and happy.

As you know, we decided to keep Lily — and she is thriving! Lila, her mum is also doing wonderfully and has taken to mum life beautifully. The change in her nature and attitude since completing training with Katie has been nothing short of amazing. Both dogs are happy, confident, and well-mannered, though they definitely miss their doggy friends at Celestial Pet Care.

Katie truly is the “number one dog lady” — her knowledge, dedication, and genuine care shine through in everything she does. We are over the moon with the results and will be returning soon for microchipping services for Lily and additional training for Lila.

Vicky and Nova

I got my German Shepherd puppy, Nova, from Katie in 2024, and the entire experience was exceptional. From the very start, Katie kept me regularly updated with photos, videos, and messages about the puppies’ progress. We were welcome to visit Nova whenever we wished, which gave us great peace of mind.

When it was time for Nova to come home, she arrived with a comprehensive puppy pack full of information about her and her parents. She had been fully vet-checked and received all her vaccinations before arriving.

Katie’s dedication didn’t end once Nova left — she has always been available for advice, support, and check-ins to see how we’re doing. I cannot fault the care, attention, and aftercare Katie provides. She truly goes above and beyond for her puppies and their new families.

I’ve been using Katie’s microchipping services ever since she started out, and in that time she has microchipped around 50 of my cats. The process is always quick, simple, and stress-free — even with my older cats who can be a little more sensitive.

Katie is calm, gentle, and highly professional, making sure each cat is handled with care. Her experience really shows, and I always feel confident knowing my cats are in safe hands. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with this job — she makes it look effortless every single time.

Matthew and the twins

I honestly can’t thank Celestial Pet Care and Katie enough. I sent my two lurchers to her for three weeks after spending nearly £3,000 on other trainers with absolutely no luck. I was at my wits’ end — they were pulling on the lead, had no recall, and were constantly weeing and pooping in the house. I was even on the verge of having to rehome them.

In just three weeks, Katie completely transformed them. They are now crate trained, walk beautifully both on and off lead, have perfect recall, and the house training issues are gone. The change has been nothing short of a miracle.

Katie’s knowledge, patience, and dedication are truly unmatched. She didn’t just train my dogs — she gave me back the joy of owning them. I will forever be grateful and cannot recommend her highly enough!

Tracey and Spuds

Katie and Matt are amazing. They were both very friendly and professional. When they came into my home, my cats immediately fell in love with them. But Who was being microchip just laid in Katie’s arms while she calmly administered the microchip then she checked the placement and went through everything with me making sure I understood my part. She was clear and concise in her explanation as due to my disabilities I can sometimes struggle to understand but she made it really easy. Overall, I am very pleased with their service and I will definitely be using them again in the near future

Kyrstie and the gang

Katie is an incredibly friendly and professional lady who recently came to microchip both mine and my mums cats. She was patient and gentle with each cat, even with the ones that didn't want to be held. she took the time to calmly sit with them until they were settled before carrying out the chipping, ensuring the whole process was as stress-free as possible.

Katie didn't just chip the cats and leave - she explained every step of the process, from where the chip is places and how it works, to how the paperwork is handled. She also guided us through setting up the chip registration online so we could see the details for ourselves.

Her caring approach, clear communication and professional manner made the whole experience enjoyable and reassuring. On top of that, her prices are fantastic for the quality of service provided. I will definitely be using Katie again for any future microchipping needs and would highly recommend her to anyone.

Lauren and bear

We welcomed our German Shepherd, Bear, from Katie in October 2024, and the entire experience was fantastic. From the moment we chose her, Katie kept us updated with regular pictures and videos, and we were fortunate enough to visit as often as we liked.

Katie took exceptional care of the puppies before they were ready to leave, ensuring they were microchipped, bathed, and gradually introduced to everyday household noises like hoovers to help with their early socialisation.

When Bear came home, she arrived with a well-prepared puppy pack containing detailed information about her, her parents, and her life so far. It was clear how much care, attention, and love Katie puts into her breeding. 

I would highly recommend Katie as a breeder - you'll struggle to find better anywhere else. Thank you, Katie!
